What information do we collect?
During account creation, you will upload your organization’s member data including (if available) name, email, phone number, location, university, graduation date, place of work, job title, position in organization (if any), alumni status and chapter.
What do we use this information for?
To invite your users to sign up.
On member data upload, the personalized invite email you provide in your dashboard will be sent out to all those you have uploaded.
To send one-time, periodic and utility emails.
Users on your account are able to message each other through our in app messaging system. This system sends a copy of the message to the recipient’s email address without divulging the recipient’s email to the sender. When a user makes a utility request (for example, when a user asks us to reset a password) we will send them an email to fulfill their request. We will periodically email those in your account who have not signed up encouraging them to do so. We will periodically send out emails to users about current and new features. Other types of emails pertaining to the use of Dringo may also be sent to users.
